Corporate Producers are independent 1099 operators who partner with IAG Corporate to represent our clients and generate revenue in the field. Earning commission under a clear pay plan, with the ability to increase earnings through team-building.

A Corporate Producer is an independent 1099 sales producer focused on personal production and consistent monthly results using the IAG system. Corporate Producers complete required onboarding, submit all necessary paperwork, and are entered into the system to operate in good standing. This level is designed for individuals who want a structured path to develop sales skills, follow a proven process, and build performance through measurable activity and closed sales.
A Senior Producer is an independent 1099 Corporate Producer who is producing consistently and has begun building a first-line organization. At this level, the Senior Producer has recruited at least one active, qualified producer while maintaining personal production standards. Senior Producers earn the standard 30% commission on personal gross revenue generated and qualify for a 7.5% bonus on the gross revenue generated by their first-line (direct) team member(s). This level recognizes producers who can duplicate results by bringing on a producing first-line member and maintaining consistent monthly performance.
A Team Builder is a Senior Producer who has established a producing team and qualifies for second-line overrides. To qualify, you must recruit a minimum of four (4) active, producing team members (direct recruits) who are fully onboarded, in the system, in good standing, and producing at least 1 sale per month.Team Builders receive:
A Corporate Associate is a Team Builder who has built a larger producing organization with leadership depth. To qualify, you must have 15 active, producing team members, and 5 of those must be Team Builders. Your association must generate $100,000 in monthly gross revenue generated measured on a 90-day rolling average.Corporate Associates receive:
An Association Partnership is the top leadership level for operators who have built a large, producing organization. To qualify, you must have 50 active members in your downline (any capacity), each fully onboarded, in the system, in good standing, and producing at least 1 sale per month. Your full downline must generate $500,000 in monthly gross revenue generated measured on a 90-day rolling average.Association Partners receive:
